Patong Hill Estate is a managed community set within 14 rai (7 acres) of lush tropical gardens in Phuket. The estate is located on the main road between Patong and Karon beaches with easy access to downtown Phuket, dining and shopping venues such as the new Junc Celyon Life Style Centre. The many options for adventure and discovery throughout the Patong and Phuket region will not cease to entertain. The villas are close to Patong but so isolated you will think you are in the middle of the jungle, for the best of both worlds.

Phuket Villas – Spacious and Elegant

The Patong Hill Estate is made up of only 9 luxury villas with well-designed space between the villas, so as to create an open and airy feeling. There is a private gated entrance with 24-hour security to ensure your safety and privacy. Other services included within the estate are gardeners and a private water system. In the villas, maintenance and maid services are provided upon request.

Phuket Villas – Three Villas to Choose From

Patong Hill Estate offers three different villas for rent: a 3-Bedroom Villa, a 4-Bedroom Villa and a 5-Bedroom Villa. The 4- and 5-Bedroom villas have their own private pool, with the 3-Bedroom villa sharing a pool. Pool lounges and beach towels are available.
