Patong Hill Estate

Patong Hill Estate is a managed community set within 14 rai (7 acres) of lush tropical gardens in Phuket. The estate is located on the main road between Patong and Karon beaches with easy access to Phuket's downtown, dining and shopping venues such as the new Junc Celyon Life Style Centre. It is a stone's throw from Patong but so isolated you will think you are in the middle of the jungle.

The estate is made up to only 9 luxury houses with space aplenty between the houses so as to create an open and airy feeling. There is a private gated entrance with 24-hour security to ensure your utmost safety and privacy. Services included within the estate are gardeners, a private water system. In the house, maintenance and maid services are provided upon request. You can feel safe that when not occupied your home will be well cared for to protect your investment.
